Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM (IST) are dispatched on the same day.
• Custom or bulk orders may take 2-3 business days to process.

2. Shipping Partners & Coverage

• We ship via trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, and Xpressbees.
• We offer nationwide delivery across India, including remote locations.
• International shipping is currently not available but will be introduced soon.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4-6 business days
• Remote Areas: 6-8 business days

4. Shipping Charges

• Flat ₹100 shipping charge on all orders, regardless of order value or location.

5. Order Tracking

• A tracking link will be shared via SMS & Email once the order is dispatched.
• Customers can track their orders anytime from the “Track Order” section on our website.

6. Payment Methods

• We only accept prepaid payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

7. Packaging & Safety

• All electronic products are packed using anti-static and shockproof packaging.

8. Delays & Issues

• We are not responsible for shipping delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or courier issues.

9. Missing or Damaged Items

• If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 24 hours with photos.
• We will offer a replacement or refund based on the issue.
