How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

2. Approval & Pickup: Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or request you to ship the product back to us.
3. Inspection & Processing: After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it. If it meets our return policy criteria, we will process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.
4. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Defective or Wrong Products

Cancellation Policy
